Does your steering wheel vibrate? You may be one of thousands of motorists who require a wheel balance. Your wheel balacing system is technologically advanced to provide the optimum wheel balance for your vehicle. Unbalanced wheels cause annoying steering wheel and seat vibrations and can increase fuel consumption.
We now offer the same balancing procedure - to increase your family's safety and enjoyment of driving. Wheel balance is essential for safe driving. Only perfectly balanced wheels will give you the assurance that you can keep control of your vehicle even when things get critical. Improperly balanced wheels reduce road holding ability and also increase wear of shock absorbers, struts, suspension and chassis components.

Geometrical Centreline Alignment Toe on each front wheel is measured and adjusted using the vehicle's geometric centreline as a reference. Geometric centreline alignment has been used for many years and may provide a satisfactory alignment if the rear wheels are positioned squarely with the geometric centreline. However, if the vehicle's rear wheels (either solid axle or independent suspension)
create a thrust line that is not identical with the geometric centreline, the front end steering geometry will be off centre and the steering wheel will be cocked as the vehicle moves in a straight line.

Aligning the front wheels to the vehicle's thrust line is a significant improvement over aligning to the geometric centreline. In the thrust line
method, rear individual toe is measured (but not adjusted). The thrust line created by the rear wheels is used as a reference for aligning the froint wheels. As a result, the operator is assured of a straight steering wheel as the vehicle moves straight ahead.

Total four-wheel alignment is the ultimate wheel alignment service. Individual read toe is measured, then adjusted to the factory specifications. This adjustment beings the thrust line of the rear wheels into coincidence with the vehicle's geometric centreline. The front wheels are then aligned to the identical geometric centreline/thrustline. Total four-wheel alignment results in all four wheels being parallel and the steering wheel and steering geometry being centred as the vehicle moves in a straight line.
